Manufactured from high quality components; engineered timber core, high quality laminated and finger-jointed timber stiles and rails and with a wide variety of weatherproof face options. The 2 part flat steel stabilizer is thermally separated and thus preventing thermal bridges. The specialist door core can be processed easily and cost-effectively using standard woodworking tools. In addition to its high level of sound insulation, FERRO Acoustic achieves excellent performance properties in accordance with EN 14351-1. FERRO Acoustic meets the sound insulation requirements according to DIN 4109 in several sound insulation classes. FERRO Acoustic is not only used for bespoke customer projects but also for specification tenders. Excess noise is harmful to your health so ensure the very highest level of performance.

FERRO Acoustic front door blanks correspond to the sound insulation index Rw putty value. There is also the value RwR (calculated value). This calculated value is the value of RwP reduced by the retention value (5 dB for doors). Flat steel stabilizer
