Cypress windows apply 4 coats special mixex paint to resists ultraviolet deterioration, chalking, and chemical attack, as well as damage from salt, wind, sleet and snow. It has a 12-year film integrity warranty, which is extended directly to the homeowner.

Cypress products can be  finished on the interior with a water-based, low-VOC stain. After staining, a clear coat is applied, the surface is sanded, and a second clear coat is applied. Custom colors may be requested as well.

Cypress windows use European imported high quality mutil-point locks system to achieve the desired security level, and a wide range of products are available. 

The advantage of push-out windows is that the lever handles are uncomplicated and easy to operate. Friction hinges hold the sash in place while open. To close, the sash pulls tightly to the frame, with weather stripping to prevent air infiltration and further promote energy efficiency. 

Cypress windows offer double pane or triple pane glasses filled with Argon, Krypton or Xenon. Colored or specialty glasses may be requested as well. 

With Cypress's performace divded lite system, bars are adhered on the interior and exterior of an insulating glass unit and bars aligned within the unit.
